We had to administer an estate of an elderly lady who died unmarried, without issue and on the face of it had no living relative with a relationship closer than 2nd Cousins. We had the benefit of very little information regarding the maternal family history, some of which proved wrong and merely had the death certificate of the Deceased's father which later proved to be the Deceased's grand-father. Ms O Duill was able to obtain the details of the various generations of the Deceased's family on both the Maternal and Paternal side stretching from the 1860's to present day. In order to deal with the requirements of the High Court we had to prove by way of Affidavit, the lineage by reference to Birth Death and Marriage Certificates. We could not have completed the task without the expertise and worldwide contacts which Ms. O Duill has obviously made. Ms O Duill was extremely pleasant to work with, provided interim reports and updates, met with the writer regularly as was necessary, was a team player, and performed her brief in a timely and cost effective manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ms O Duill to a colleague.
